I agree that a SharePoint professional needs to have soft skills. It's all well and good to implement it, but the problem is that users might not know how to use SharePoint effectively. I think providing workshops is a good idea.
Totally agree. That's always key in all projects. Probably, more important in SharePoint projects. In my experience, you have to support your change management team on the features available and the configuration and setup you made in SharePoint or, run the workshops by yourself.
