Really useful PowerShell commands, thanks. I tried to implement I'm in my org but I got a bit of push back, need to keep on influencing to change culture. I still find it useful and agree with custom rules to give the least privilege, it's more work to get it right.
Sponsorship is always a must. PIM is fantastic, a great way of managing admin access to the right resources for a specific period. The caveat is the perception of seeing it as wasting time. It's true that you spend more time to change only one configuration option but this goes on to better management and control.
